Your plate or mine chef services are provided for small-scale dinner parties and events for 2 to 20 guests at your home or other location.
Dinner Parties – the chef takes you and your guests on delicious culinary journey in multiple courses. Contemporary California cuisine and southern recipes with a twist recipes are personalized and presented for table platter service or formal-style dining.
Special Occasion events – casual, family-style dining where we Make your Sunday brunch, birthday, shower or anniversary an experience to remember.
the chef will help plan the menu, shop for fresh groceries, prepare the food onsite and clean up, giving you the restaurant experience and allow you more time to spend time with friends and family.
Most special dietary needs can be accommodated.

Fine-Tune your cooking skills while having fun!
Our chef services include individual and small group cooking courses, couples cooking, cooking parties, and team events.
we can put together a fun and flavor experience in your own home! Invite guests over to make and taste simple appetizers or to sit up close and personal as the chef offers preparation tips and tricks of some of your favorite recipes!
Group Classes – We teach at an easy pace to maximize the fun as you learn. Our classes are great socializing and team-building opportunities for organizations like senior centers, work groups, after-school programs.
Cooking Parties – We add spice to your party with loads of interactive fun. Great for adults and kids!
Personalized Cooking Classes – We offer focused instruction to individuals up to four students. We help you to become the head chef in your own kitchen!
Virtual Classes – Group classes can be presented online via Zoom. Additionally, please check our social media for scheduled classes via YouTube and Instagram Live.
Virtual Chef Pop-Ins – The chef will join your party to for a quick demo! Just imagine a chef popping in to help your guests pan sear scallops perfectly or make a quick lemon caper sauce!
Demos and Speaking Engagements -A chef is available to join you at your work place, conference, fair or on your podcast!
Class options are available from our curriculum or you can contact Chef Donna for a curated menu.
